Contact me to have an item reserved for you for a maximum of 7 calendar days (free of charge)
I ask a 10% non-refundable deposit when starting an installment plan, further details (installment amounts, duration of the agreement) will be discussed on an individual basis.
ARE YOU A REAL STORE AND CAN I COME TAKE A LOOK?
I love it that you would want to, but I’m sorry – unless you are collecting a purchased item, this store is currently online-only.
WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEM PICTURED?
Yes! I take photographs of all items individually, and will not re-use old photos should I happen to come across the same item twice.
My photographs are an important part of the item description so please have a good look at them to judge the items condition. Do ask for additional images should you require them and I’ll get them to you asap.
I always describe all items, including their flaws, to the best of my ability. Having said that, I am only human and it is possible for me to miss something. Please ask questions before purchasing if you have any concerns!
WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, items are ready to ship out and will be on their way within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated in my shop announcement. Please let me know if you are in a rush to receive your item and I’ll do what I can to speed up the process for you!
My shipping days are Monday and Thursday and I venture out to my shipping supplier around 9.00-10.00 AM.

Shipping fees include packaging and handling. Orders over CAD $20 will normally have a tracking number which will be sent to you once an order has gone out. I will always try to combine shipping – size and fragility of items allowing, and to use recycled packaging, to keep cost down. I have started to use Chitchat express recently; They utilise USPS services (and USPS pricing for all you American folk), but is also quite a bit further away from me – which is why I’m ‘only’ shipping 2 days a week.
If you live near Toronto, or know someone that does – feel free to collect your item from my home in East York.
Contact me if you’d like to leave instructions for the postman, or if you’d like to delay sending the item for a number of days due to holidays / trips / work etc. I’m happy to help!

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
AND…..REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
In the event you should not be fully satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to me for a full refund of the item’s purchase price.
- Contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item and sent the item back within 30 calendar days.
- Buyer is liable for the return postage fee
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out
- Original postage fees will not be refunded
- If you are sending an item back from abroad, make sure to write: RETURNED GOODS on the parcel to avoid import brokerage fees.
Refunds for damaged or lost items will be seen to on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me with a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging, or send me a message if the item fails to arrive within 25 working days. Please check with customs if they are holding your parcel! Should an item return to me because it was uncollected / unclaimed at the post office, the buyer will be responsible for postage fees to have the item re-sent.
Do bear in mind that all my items have a past and will normally show signs of wear. Take care in using them as they may not stand up to rough handling.
Refunds and returns are not allowed on sale items.
I MADE A MISTAKE – HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can easily cancel your order before it ships, just send me a message on firstname.lastname@example.org. My shipping days are Monday and Thursday and I normally go in the morning, before 10:00 AM EST.
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to fulfill your order, communicate about your order or for legal reasons (like paying taxes). I will not sell or pass on your details to 3rd parties.
